Tomeico's coaching encouraged me to find solutions within myself. Her confidence in my abilities empowered me to dig deeply for strategies that apply to personal and professional goals and see them realized over time. Tomeico listened, confirmed what she'd heard, and then helped framed concerns in terms of solutions I had not yet considered. Tomeico is a coach in the truest sense of the word. She worked with me to create goals, strategies to accomplish those goals, revisited those strategies and helped find new ones within myself, and then celebrated accomplishments with me.
I continue to use Tomeico's strategies for self coaching on a regular basis. She has significantly influenced the way I view, frame, and work towards personal and professional goals.

Thank you for providing Kandaree and myself with the excellent coaching sessions to assist us in getting our footing with the Career Direct Living by Design consulting business. This is our first attempt at self-employment and operating a business. We have found there are many hurdles, obstacles and nuances to starting a business. We were fortunate that God sent you our way to help us get our bearing. You have proven to be a great listener and your analytical skills allowed you to provide us with great feedback and strategies for moving forward in the business. We have realized several takeaways from our coaching session, but the one that stands out is the fact that you told us to ensure we had a mission statement and vision for the business. You expressed that we should "begin with the end in mind". You also advised us to break the tasks down into smaller and manageable parts and to determine who was going to work on what and when. You encouraged us as a couple to frequently share our thoughts and ideas about the business and establish realistic goals while holding each other accountable.
While we know that nothing ventured is nothing gained and this will not be an overnight process. Because of your efforts, we now have a clearer vision and path for our direction.
